Information on the IT Awareness Seminar

On September 11-13th, 2001 NiDA in partnership with UNDP and UNESCO organized the first of its kind IT Awareness Seminar at the Intercontinental Hotel. Participants to the seminar included high level policy makers from both public and private sectors, diplomats, government and non- governmental organizations, international institutions, ... The total number of attendants at the venue was about one thousand people. People who weren't able to participate due to space limitation were able to listen or view the simulcast on National radio and television network.
